vueme.in is operated by Vueme (BrandMe Creative), M.L Complex, Thiruvattar, Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu 629177, India. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter into a contract to place an order.
3. Your account
- You must verify your email address with a one-time code before you can check out.
- You can sign in with email and password or with Google.
- Temporary or disposable email addresses are not accepted.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account.
4. Our products
- Printed products: business cards (Matte, Gloss, Synthetic and other finishes) and other printed materials, made to your approved design.
- Digital Business Card: an online business card hosted at a unique link and QR code, billed yearly.
- Analytics add-on: shows views, scans and taps on your digital card. Visible only to you.
- NFC Card: a physical card that opens your digital card when tapped on a phone.
Product images are for illustration. Watch product videos where provided before ordering.
5. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include or exclude GST as shown at checkout.
- Prices may change at any time. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
- Payments are processed securely by PayU. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
- An order is confirmed only after successful payment.
6. Designs and content
- You are responsible for all text, images, logos and details you upload or approve, including spelling and accuracy.
- You confirm you own or have permission to use any logos, images or trademarks you upload.
- We accept JPG and PNG files only. Low-resolution files may print poorly; this is not a defect.
- You keep ownership of your content. You allow us to use it only to produce and host your order.
7. Digital card rules
- Your card must not contain illegal, misleading, offensive, infringing or impersonating content.
- We may suspend or remove a card that breaks these rules, without refund.
- Your card stays active while your yearly plan is paid. If renewal is not paid, the card becomes inactive.
- We aim to keep cards online at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
8. Shipping
- We deliver within India only.
- Printed products are sent by India Post Speed Post with tracking.
- NFC cards are sent by India Post in 3–5 working days, without tracking.
- Delivery dates are estimates and may be delayed by courier or other factors outside our control.
9. Cancellation, refund and replacement
Print orders can be cancelled within 2 hours while still in Processing. Digital cards and add-ons cannot be refunded once active. Full details are in our Cancellation, Refund & Replacement Policy.
10. Intellectual property
The website, its design, templates and content belong to Vueme. You may not copy or resell them without permission.
11. Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, you will receive offers and updates by email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
12. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost business or profits.
13. Privacy
Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
