1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Vueme (“Vueme”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares and protects your personal information when you use our website https://www.vueme.in (the “Website”) and our services. Our services include printed marketing materials, the online design editor, digital business cards, the Analytics add-on and NFC cards.

2. Information we collect
a) Information you give us
- Account details: name, email address, phone number and password (stored in encrypted form).
- Order details: billing and shipping address, items ordered and order history.
- Design content: text, photos, logos, artwork and other files you upload or create in our design editor.
- Digital business card content: the details you choose to publish on your card, such as your photo, name, job title, bio, phone number, email, website and social media links.
- Communications: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, contact forms or support requests.
b) Information from Google Sign-In
If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive the following from your Google Account, with your permission:
- your name
- your email address
- your profile picture
We do not receive or access your Google password, contacts, Gmail, Google Drive files or any other Google data.
c) Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, device type and operating system
- pages visited, time spent and referring pages
- cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7)
d) Digital card analytics
If you buy the Analytics add-on, we record interactions with your digital card: views, QR code scans, link taps, call taps and “save contact” actions. This data is shown only to you, the card owner, in your private dashboard. We collect it in aggregate and do not use it to identify the people who view your card.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- create and manage your account and let you sign in, including through Google Sign-In
- process, fulfil and deliver your orders, including printed products and NFC cards
- create, host and display your digital business card at its unique link and QR code
- save your designs so you can edit them later
- verify your email address and protect your account
- send order confirmations, delivery updates and service messages
- provide customer support
- show you analytics for your digital card, if you bought that add-on
- improve our Website, products and services
- prevent fraud, abuse and security problems
- comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations
We send promotional messages only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.
4. How we use Google user data
When you sign in with Google:
- We use your name and email address only to create and identify your Vueme account, sign you in, and send you messages about your orders and account.
- We use your profile picture only to show it in your account area.
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not share it with advertisers.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties, except where needed to provide our services (for example, our hosting provider), to comply with law, or with your explicit consent.
- We do not use Google user data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Vueme’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can remove Vueme’s access to your Google Account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
5. How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:
- Payment providers, to process payments securely. We do not store your full card, UPI or bank details.
- Courier and delivery partners, to deliver printed products and NFC cards (name, address and phone number only).
- Printing partners, to produce your printed orders (your design files and order details).
- Hosting, email and technology providers that run our Website and send our emails, under confidentiality obligations.
- Government or law enforcement authorities, when required by law.
Public information: your digital business card is designed to be shared. Anyone with its link, QR code or NFC tap can see the details you choose to publish on it. Publish only what you are comfortable sharing.
6. Data retention
- Account and order data is kept while your account is active and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
- Design files are kept so you can reorder or edit them. You can ask us to delete them.
- Digital card content stays online while your card is active. When the card is deleted, its public page is removed.
- Analytics data is kept for as long as your card is active.
- Google Sign-In data (name, email and profile picture) is kept as part of your account until you delete your account.
7. Cookies
We use cookies to:
- keep you logged in
- remember your cart
- keep the Website secure
- understand how the Website is used, so we can improve it
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the Website, such as login and checkout, may not work without them.
8. Your rights
Under applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- correct or update inaccurate data
- delete your account and personal data
- withdraw consent for marketing or optional processing
- nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become incapacitated
- raise a grievance with us about how we handle your data
You can update most account details in My Account. For anything else, email info@vueme.in.
9. How to delete your account and data
To delete your account and the data linked to it, including data received through Google Sign-In:
- Email support@vueme.in from your registered email address with the subject “Delete my account”, or
- Send the request through our contact form.
We will delete your account, your personal data and your digital card within 30 days, except for information we must keep by law, such as invoices for tax purposes. We will confirm by email once deletion is complete.
10. Security
We protect your information with reasonable technical and organisational measures, including:
- encrypted HTTPS connections
- encrypted password storage
- restricted access to customer data
- trusted, secure payment providers
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will act promptly if a breach occurs.
11. Your content
You keep ownership of the designs, photos, logos and other content you upload. You confirm that you have the right to use that content and that it does not break any law or infringe anyone else’s rights. We use your content only to provide our services to you.
12. Children
Our services are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Third-party links
Your digital card and our Website may link to other websites and social media platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their privacy policies.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or on the Website.
